It’s rather strange the way I ended up buying an apartment at Evantha Kaustubha on Rathna Villas Road, Basavangudi. I was living close to this locality, I wade a casual enquiry over phone on seeing their board put-up on the site. Visited to couple of their completed properties, turned a casual enquiry to serious decision to buy. People who have brought apartments spoke very appreciatively their experience. From the day I finalized the deal till I got possession of the apartment, my experience with Evantha has been very pleasant. What impressed me the most is their attention to the quality and detailing, The amenities and fittings provided are top class and Implementation of the paper was bang on target. Even after I moved in, smaller complaints are always attended to promptly. All in all, its super value for money. I have no hesitation to recommend others to invest in future Evantha Projects. We were looking for a nice apartment for our parents sometime during 2018. And we were looking at Indiranagar. We looked at many many apartments, bt they did not fill the bill.Finally we located this nice building – Evantha Humming Bird. And everyone we spoke to about it “knew” about this building – many of them by the ‘looks’ of it. We got in touch with the Marketing Executive at Evantha – Pavithra – she was very prompt and responsive – we later met Abhishek, one of the founders at Evantha and the entire transaction was very pleasant. More importantly - more than a year down the road, “after” the purchase, they still remain very responsive, a rarity amongst today’s builders!Their construction is good and our Interiors Architect, said it was “easy” for him to do the interiors since the construction has been good. They have blended hi-tech with ‘liveability’ in the building – and this is appreciated. We sincerely hope that Evantha grows to be builders to reckon with we need such sincere, “good” builders in our city!

My aunt had the privilege of staying as a tenant at “Tulsi, Evantha” the property in Jayanagar T Block for a short period of time. Everytime I went to her place, I was in awe of not only her house but the entire property as a whole. The beautiful landscape with a gorgeous terrace garden and importance given to Natural Lighting made me fall in love with it, instantly. The meticulous work that had been carried out to deliver such a beautiful home to customers had me crave, one for myself too and I knew for sure that I wouldn’t make a mistake with trusting Evantha Developers. although, I live abroad, the journey with Evantha so far truly been spectacular with constant client interaction. Evantha Cinnamon apartment has been built near sadashivnagar circle near Sankey tank. Project completed well within the time frame construction quality very good with lot of greenery kept in mind. Not many amenities but the mini gym is very useful. No common walls with vastu efficient. For us it is our dream house.
