We were looking for a nice apartment for our parents some time during 2018. And we were looking at Indiranagar. We looked at many many apartments, but they did not fill the bill.

Finally we located this nice building – Evantha Hummingbird. And everyone we spoke to about it “knew” about this building – many of them by the ‘looks’ of it.

We got in touch with the Marketing Executive at Evantha – Pavithra – she was very prompt and responsive – we later met Abhishek, one of the founders at Evantha and the entire transaction was very pleasant.

More importantly - more than a year down the road, “after” the purchase, they still remain very responsive, a rarity amongst today’s builders!

Their construction is good, and our Interiors’ Architect said it was “easy” for him to do the interiors since the construction has been good.

They have blended hi-tech with ‘liveability’ in the building – and this is appreciated.

We sincerely hope that Evantha grows to be builders to reckon with – we need such sincere, “good” builders in our city!

It’s rather strange the way I ended up buying an apartment at Evantha Kaustubha on Rathna Villas Road, Basavanagudi.

I was living close to this locality. I made a casual enquiry over phone on seeing their board that was put up on the site. I visited a couple of their completed properties, and turned a casual enquiry to a serious decision to buy. People who have bought their apartments spoke very appreciatively of their experience.

From the day I finalized the deal till I got possession of the apartment, my experience with Evantha has been very pleasant. What impressed me the most is their attention to quality and detailing. The amenities and fittings provided are top class. Implementation of that which was on paper was bang on target.

Even after I moved in, smaller complaints have always been attended to promptly. All in all, it’s a super value for money. I have no hesitation to recommend others to invest in future Evantha Projects.

Evantha are quality builders. The materials used for building are very good. Also the time taken for completion of the project was within the committed time. The partners of the company, engineers and the staff were very cooperative, and constructed after listening to our ideas. We take this opportunity to thank one and all for giving us a dream home.

Evantha Cinnamon apartment has been built near Sadashivnagar circle near Sankey tank. Project was completed well within the time frame. The construction quality is very good with lots of greenery included. There are not many amenities but the mini gym is very useful. There are No common walls and the design is vastu efficient.

For us it is our dream house.
